Facebook / Meta Integration

Connect a Meta Business account so AlgorithmX can manage WhatsApp Business services directly from the platform.

The current Meta setup flow centers on WhatsApp Manager and the business phone number that will be used for messaging. After the account is connected, AlgorithmX can read the WhatsApp Business Account, linked phone numbers, and their status information.

Set up Meta

1. Connect your Meta Business account from the Facebook / Meta section in AlgorithmX.
2. Choose or create the WhatsApp Business Account that will be used for messaging.
3. Add or register the business phone number in WhatsApp Manager.
4. Complete the verification steps required by Meta for that phone number.
5. Return to AlgorithmX and confirm that the connected account and phone number appear in the integration panel.

What you will see

After connecting, the Facebook section displays Meta Business Account information, WhatsApp Business Account details, connected WhatsApp Business phone numbers, and connection status and quality rating for each number.

Manage the connection

You can reconnect, refresh, or disconnect phone numbers from the dashboard as needed. Connected WhatsApp numbers are available for campaigns, template management, and message delivery.

Recommended flow

Use the Meta setup in this order:

• Connect Meta Business.
• Select or create the WhatsApp Business Account.
• Add the business phone number.
• Complete verification.
• Confirm the connected number in AlgorithmX.
