Email Sender Setup defines the sender identity recipients see when they receive an email campaign.

The page is used to create one or more sender identities after your domain has been verified. Each sender can be reused across email campaigns, which keeps the from-address and reply handling consistent for your team.

Before you create a sender

Connect and verify the domain that will be used by the sender address. The sender email must use a domain that has already been approved in the Domains section.

Create a sender

Select New Email Sender to open the sender form.

The form includes a short sender information block with the following fields:

From Name defines the display name recipients see in their inbox.
From Email Address defines the email address used as the campaign sender.
Reply to Email defines the mailbox that should receive replies from recipients.

After you enter the details, select Create Email Sender to save the sender identity.

How it works

Once a sender is created, it becomes available when building email campaigns. This lets you choose the appropriate sender name and reply address for each campaign without recreating the identity every time.
