Create a contact

Add customer records manually when you need to create or update an individual profile directly in the platform.

Contact information

Enter the available customer profile information and any relevant business attributes. The saved record becomes available for audience organization, personalization, segmentation, and campaign delivery.

The form is divided into four areas:

• Contact Information for the first name, last name, email, and phone number.
• Contact Address for the address lines, city, state, country, and ZIP code.
• Custom Fields for business-specific attributes already configured for the workspace.
• Contact Lists for assigning the profile to one or more reusable lists.

Complete the available profile details, optionally assign custom fields and lists, then select Add Contact.

Keep profiles current

Update an existing contact when customer information changes. Maintaining accurate profiles improves segmentation quality and helps prevent incorrect or outdated communication.
