Can I use a sender address such as [email protected]?
Yes. After your domain is connected and verified, you can create sender identities using that domain and select them for email campaigns.
Can I use a WhatsApp template immediately after creating it?
WhatsApp templates must be approved by Meta before they are available for WhatsApp campaigns.
What is the Browser Extension used for?
Algo Location Finder previews on-site templates on your live website and lets you select the exact location where each template should appear.
Can segments be reused?
Yes. Segments can be reused across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, Web Campaigns, and Workflow Journeys.
