Contact and Contact List
A contact is a customer profile. A Contact List is a reusable group of contacts that can be used as a campaign audience.
Segment
A dynamic audience defined by rules. Customers enter or leave automatically as they match or stop matching the conditions.
Campaign, Group, and Variation
In Web Campaigns, a campaign defines the objective, a group defines targeting and delivery conditions, and a variation defines the content shown to visitors.
Suppression List
A list of email addresses or phone numbers excluded from platform communications.
Delivery pipeline
The ordered states a message moves through from targeting and sending to delivery and engagement.
