File Manager
Organize and reuse campaign files and media.
File Manager is the centralized location for files used throughout the platform, including images, documents, and other campaign media.
Available actions
- Upload and organize files and folders.
- Search, filter, and manage uploaded assets.
- Reuse existing files across campaigns and templates.
Centralizing assets helps teams avoid uploading the same files repeatedly.
Organize files and folders
Use Upload to add a new asset, then place related files in folders to keep campaign material easy to find. The File Manager separates folders from individual files, and each card shows the item name, size or item count, date, and an options menu for item-level actions.
Use the search field to locate an asset by name. The controls on the right let you sort and filter the current view when the library grows.
