Suppression
Exclude restricted or opted-out recipients from communications.
The Suppression List allows administrators to exclude specific contacts, email addresses, or phone numbers from receiving communications across the platform.
Common uses
Use suppression records to prevent messages from being sent to unsubscribed users, blocked recipients, internal accounts, or contacts that should be permanently or temporarily excluded from campaigns.
Available features
- Add email addresses or phone numbers to the Suppression List.
- Exclude recipients from all supported communication channels.
- Search and manage suppressed records.
