Data Management

Access and manage commerce and customer data used throughout AlgorithmX.

The Data section centralizes store and customer information for use in campaigns, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.

Products

The Products list is the catalog view for products synchronized with the platform. Search by product name, then review the category badges to understand how each product is organized for reporting and audience rules.

Customers

The Customers list contains customer profiles synchronized from your connected data source. It provides searchable columns for the customer name, email address, and phone number, which can be used across campaigns, segments, and workflows.

Orders

The Orders list brings together each customer's completed purchase information, including its date, payment method, subtotal, and total. This data helps you analyze purchasing behavior and build audiences based on order activity.

Carts

The Carts list tracks shopping carts and their financial summary. Use it to review item and quantity counts, discounts, tax, and totals, including carts that may be relevant for abandoned-cart campaigns.

Listings

The Listings list shows synchronized listing records with the associated customer, date, and total. It provides a concise view of listing activity available to the platform.

Leads

The Leads list stores prospective-customer records before or alongside their full customer profile. Review the record ID, available lead data, and creation date to understand where and when each lead entered the platform.
