Domain Verification

Connect and verify a branded domain for use in AlgorithmX.

Connect and verify your own domain to enable branded platform use and make it available throughout AlgorithmX.

Verify a domain

Follow the steps below in order. The page is structured to match the same flow you use in the Domains area.

1. Add the domain

Select New Domain and enter the domain name you want to connect.

Open Settings → Domains, then select New Domain.
AlgorithmX Domain List page with the New Domain button

Open Settings → Domains, then select New Domain.

The Add Domain window contains one field: Domain name. Enter only the domain name, then select Save.

Enter the domain name and select Save to add it to the list.
Add Domain window in AlgorithmX

Enter the domain name and select Save to add it to the list.

After you save it, the domain appears in the Domains list with a Pending or Unverified status until its DNS records are confirmed.

2. Open the DNS setup

Open the View option for that domain to display the DNS record setup required for verification.

Open the actions menu for the domain, then select View.
Domain actions menu with View and Delete options

Open the actions menu for the domain, then select View.

3. Copy the DNS values

After you select View, AlgorithmX displays the DNS records required to prove ownership of your domain. Each row represents one record that must be added at your domain provider before the platform can mark the domain as verified.

Copy every required DNS value, add the records at your domain provider, then select Verify.
DNS records and Verify action for AlgorithmX domain verification

Copy every required DNS value, add the records at your domain provider, then select Verify.

The DNS table is organized into three main fields:

  • Type identifies the kind of DNS record, such as TXT.
  • Host shows the host name that must be created in your DNS provider.
  • Value contains the exact record content that must be pasted into the provider.

Use the copy action beside each record to move the exact DNS value to your clipboard. This avoids formatting mistakes and lets you paste the record directly into your DNS provider.

TypeHostValue
TXT
mail._domainkey
v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEA11aYLAsJiz9bl4QncKeRBZarM/7RHD4ihao7qcNVoORA7gHXBo2xIsxfUf87FcXRVk+Khk1/eL6SnVbakilbI4jEeyPPCs+aCC88G4P6Rf7DpUe+BeXw7DJad3zvDN4V3d5nbdmVNPBgX47VqyQupa9DXEHrAD6Vo8dx2mPZFPVf7+yaR7nm89hxHiuEIt0skNUEx8MGLNmsPhC0RX34o2tIDBsdM6Vi+TbujWXysuQBjWCls78kCrah5HFnLjuVq6u3C+193QdDHKzGy1ZckAVlDifaoH6E80hGrbFMVKTBrDiFOaRYpHBs93PBAkwlfkZbCG34NrQxTS926UMKGQIDAQAB
TXT
@
v=spf1 ip4:134.122.79.215 ~all
TXT
_dmarc
v=DMARC1; p=none;

If your DNS provider trims long values in the interface, always use the copy action from AlgorithmX so the full value is copied correctly.

4. Verify the connection

After the DNS records have been added at your provider, return to AlgorithmX and select Verify to complete the connection.

5. Check status

Once verification succeeds, the domain status changes from Pending or Unverified to Verified.

Monitor the verification status in the Domains section. After verification, the domain can be selected where it is required by the platform.
