Import contacts

Import customer records with guided CSV field mapping.

Bulk importing is supported through a multi-step CSV import wizard for onboarding large customer databases.

Import flow

  1. Upload a CSV file.
  2. Review automatic field mapping or map fields manually.
  3. Validate the data before importing.
  4. Create new customer records or update existing records in batches.

The validation step helps identify mapping or data issues before records are written to the contact database, supporting consistency across the platform.

The first step is Upload CSV File. Upload the file by dragging it into the drop zone or selecting browse. You can also download the CSV template to prepare the required structure before uploading.
