Contact Lists

Contact Lists are reusable groups of contacts that can be used as campaign audiences or organizational groups.

Manage lists

Create and manage lists independently from individual contact records. A list can be assigned to multiple campaigns and reused whenever the same audience is needed.

The Contact Lists page provides search and type filtering, the contact count for every list, and an options menu for list-level actions. Select New Contact List to create another reusable group.

Use lists across the platform

Contact Lists can be used across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, Web Campaigns, and Workflow Journeys. Use lists for stable, reusable audiences that do not need to recalculate from changing conditions.
